Axis Translations announces the replacement of its website.
The international language service provider ‘Axis Translations’ has today announced that it is the process of creating a totally new website. The Axis Translations team have confirmed that this is not a simple upgrade or the adding of further content / features, but involves completely redesigning the website from the beginning.
Axis Translations is a major player in the language services industry and offers such services as:
Translation – The production of written communications in new language, while retaining the same meaning as the written communication in the source language.
Interpreting – The provision of linguists for courts, meeting and telephone conversation
Transcription – The production of a text document from audio or video recordings. Transcription is often combined with the translation service.
With a fully international client base, it was asked why the decision was reached and what can be expected from the new site. The response is in fact a series of circumstances; the majority of Axis Translations turnover is derived from repeat clients and referrals and this has meant that marketing is less critical for Axis Translations than other companies with a higher turnover of clients. This is a great position to be in, but it has allowed the existing website to become a little antiquated in its appearance and it is no longer in keeping with the company itself. In reality, the clients did not need to review the website to understand that they were being offered high quality translations by language experts. That position remains, but the site does need to be brought up to date.
The change is not only in its appearance. The new website will also have some added features, including a much higher degree of automation. The location of information has also been considered, with the more important information now easier to find. The site also considers changes in the way we interact and some social media features are also being included.
Furthermore, the website will also include some slightly off-topic features that all can enjoy, but you will need to wait for the launch to discover what this includes.
The new website is currently due for launch mid-November with a monitoring phase as new features are added to the website.
